Board/Group DevelopmentBefore looking at the problems of running an organization the board first has to look at how the group was developed and assess if the group functioning in a well planned and organized manor? Unprofessional, disorganized groups will turn off potential members or volunteers. The board is more likely to have success if the group contains some of the following aspects and there will be increased willingness of participants to share in the responsibility of its functioning. |
