WHAT WE DO
The Community Access Program (CAP) is an initiative of Industry Canada. It was developed to help provide rural and remote communities with affordable public access to the Internet. Access to the Information Highway will help create new opportunities for growth and jobs by providing these communities with the ability to communicate with each other, conduct business, enhance job skills or simply exchange information and ideas.
