Administrative history: Owners or a section of marsh known as the Embree Marsh Body at Amherst, Nova Scotia, established a committee dedicated to the repair and up-keep of the Embree Marsh. This included aboiteau construction and maintenance, for the purpose of producing fodder. W.W. Embree was appointed chairman and S.A. Logan clerk.

Custodial history: Donated to the CCMA in 1988 by L. Stikenson

Scope and content: Fonds consist of minutes, contacts, agreements, accounts, a list of Proprietors, and receipts.
